Senior CRM Manager & Analyst (m/f/d)
- Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses to measure and improve our CRM activities (email, WhatsApp, SMS).
- Design innovative CRM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and implement them independently.
- Select target audiences via reports and data extensions, set up scalable journeys and triggered sends, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Drive continuous development of the channel through data-driven KPI analyses and A/B testing (e.g., segmentation, messaging, templates).
- Implement the prerequisites for personalized CRM communication in close collaboration with technical departments.
- You bring strong analytical skills and solid experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
- You have experience in the operational implementation and analysis of CRM initiatives.
- You are proficient in working with data structures, segmentation, and personalization technologies.
- Ideally, you have HTML knowledge to optimize communication templates.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English and are a team player in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
