How’s our Tech Unit structured?

Engineering Structure

Engineering Structure

Clusters:
Each of the 6 engineering cluster is made of 5-6 domain teams. Additionally there is a QA Lead, DevOps Lead and Head of Engineering, who is accountable for all Engineering topics within the cluster. The Director of Product is ultimately responsible for the entire cluster, including all capabilities.

Domain Teams:
Our Domain teams are fully responsible for all aspects of product development including design, build, infrastructure, quality assurance and maintenance. An “ideal” team has: Product Manager, UX-Designer and Engineers. One of the engineers acts as Engineering Manager, responsible for managing the the team. Another engineer takes on the role of Tech Lead focusing on the technical aspects and design of the systems developed by the team.
