M365 Solution Architect / Engineer (m/f/d)
- Lead Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot initiatives, designing scalable copilots, building plugins/connectors, and driving adoption with clear value metrics.
- Implement governance and security controls, including information protection, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, eDiscovery, and conditional access.
- Architect and deliver cutting-edge M365 solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Purview.
- Automate at scale using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, configuration-as-code, and CI/CD for M365 and Power Platform.
- Facilitate collaboration with security, data, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI and data governance for copilots and citizen development.
- You have 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and operating Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale.
- You are proficient with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents, M365 Copilot readiness, and building AI-assisted workflows grounded in Microsoft Graph and organizational data.
- You possess strong Power Platform skills, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, connectors, DLP policies, and environment strategy.
- You demonstrate expertise in Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Purview, including labels, retention, and eDiscovery.
- You excel in automation and scripting with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, source control (Git), and CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub).
