Salesforce Product Operations Manager (m/f/d)
- Acting as the primary contact for Salesforce users, managing requests, feedback, and support
- Monitoring feature adoption and driving smaller initiatives to improve engagement and usability
- Planning and executing feature roll-outs, including communication, training, and post-launch support
- Prioritizing feature requests in alignment with business goals and the product roadmap
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable improvements
- Several years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or similar CRM platforms)
- Strong understanding of CRM processes such as lead management, onboarding, and integrations
- Structured and detail-oriented approach with excellent prioritization skills
- Outstanding communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in designing and delivering training and enablement programs
