- Develop and maintain scalable, high‑performance data infrastructures that fuel our AI-powered personalization and decisioning engines.
- Implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines that unify heterogeneous data sources into a reliable Single Source of Truth.
- Drive event-driven architectures to enable real-time reactions to student interactions and behavioral signals.
- Optimize asynchronous microservices and data flows to ensure high throughput, scalability, and resilience.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Data Scientists and AI Architects to ensure seamless access to high-quality data for training and inference.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, DataOps, or Platform Engineering in data-centric environments supporting AI, automation, or marketing technologies.
- You have strong hands-on experience with modern ETL/ELT tooling (e.g., BigQuery), data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka), and at least one major cloud platform.
- You are familiar with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and experienced in building asynchronous microservices and high-throughput data pipelines.
- You are proficient in Python and write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- You ideally have experience with Docker, CI/CD, Twilio, Salesforce ecosystems, identity resolution, or reverse ETL workflows, paired with a solution-oriented and communicative mindset.
