Staff DevOps/Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • Develop reusable platform components such as Terraform modules, CI/CD workflows, and configuration templates to accelerate delivery.
  • Implement observability and metadata frameworks for transparent platform behavior and actionable insights.
  • Standardize infrastructure provisioning and networking across Azure and AWS using modern DevOps principles.
  • Embed security and compliance guardrails into automation and runtime systems for enterprise-grade reliability.
  • Architect Kubernetes environments and GitOps-based deployment tooling to ensure consistent, scalable operations.
Your profile
  • Proven experience as a Senior or Staff Platform Engineer, or Infrastructure Architect in a complex, multi-team environment.
  • Deep knowledge of TerraformKubernetes (AKS, EKS), and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure — ideally Azure and AWS, with experience designing secure, multi-environment setups (hybrid experience is a plus).
  • Experience building and maintaining developer platforms or internal platform products, such as reusable modules, pipelines, or self-service portals.
  • Solid understanding of observabilitymetadata management, and infrastructure security, with hands-on experience using tools like Datadog.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI or data workloads — e.g. AI model serving, GPU-enabled infrastructure, vector stores, or ML pipelines — is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence engineering culture and drive adoption of platform best practices.
  • Passion for automationdeveloper productivity, and platform reliability.
