Lecturer Industrial Engineering and Management (m/f/d)

IU Group is seeking a Lecturer Industrial Engineering and Management (m/f/d) for The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis (minimum 12 hours per week), with a start date of January 1, 2025. The position is based in London and includes a flexible working arrangement that combines remote work with on-site duties.

Your tasks

• You cover specific topics in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management, including the following course: Fundamentals of Physics. 
• You conduct live sessions, including preparation and follow-up, and answer questions on the course feed. 
• You create media content, such as adapting scripts and crafting exam guides. 
• You participate in committee meetings and collaborate on didactic projects for further development. 
• You supervise and mentor students, preparing them for their professional careers. 
• You create and grade evaluations and ensure first-class quality in our teaching materials.  

Your Profile

• A relevant scientific profile in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering. 
• Practical experience in the relevant field and subject area. 
• Initial experience in higher education teaching and in creating teaching materials. 
• Strong interest in innovative and modern digital education. 
• Team-oriented approach and enthusiasm for interacting with students.
