Senior CRO Manager International (m/f/d)

The Senior CRO Manager international (m/f/d) will be responsible for developing our testing roadmap in international markets and bring the roadmap to life by implementing high impact tests. This role demands a blend of conceptual, analytical and hands-on implementation skills to drive value end to end.

Your tasks

• Own the CRO testing roadmap for our international markets

• Identify and prioritise high impact tests along the entire customer journey based on quantitative and qualitative user insights

• Conceptualise tests in cross-functional teams

• Implement tests on our website leveraging our CMS, testing tools and HTML/CSS

• Track and analyse tests to provide actionable recommendations

• Align with our Martech team on test roadmap and roll-out

• Transfer and leverage results across different markets and brands

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in a role with focus on conversion optimisation, ideally from a B2C e-commerce or high-volume B2B environment

• Customer-centric and entrepreneurial mindset

• Practical experience building tests with testing tools and HTML/CSS

• Strong conceptual understanding of testing concepts and KPIs that drive economic value

• Strong ability of proactively developing hypotheses based on data

• Good understanding of UI/UX best practices, some design affinity is beneficial

• Analytical acumen with a passion to drive insight from data

• Sound knowledge of the application of agile methods and implementation of agile principles

• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
