Senior Growth Manager Paid Acquisition (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Manager Paid Acquisition (m/f/d) to join our performance marketing team. This is a full-time permanent position. The role is remote within the UK oder Germany.

This role is responsible for driving performance marketing initiatives in the UK market with our LIBF brand. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritising and implementing growth initiatives in close collaboration with performance marketing experts, strategists and go-to-market marketing teams. In this role you combine great stakeholder management skills with a strong accumen for digital marketing and data to create impact. To be a great candidate you bring a strong bias to action paired with a well developed personal growth mindset.

• Drive growth initiatives in paid acquisition channels for our UK market

• Proactively analyse performance data to identify new growth levers

• Prioritise initiatives based on data in collaboration with the market teams

• Implement and test growth initiatives end-to-end in cross-functional squads

• Manage interfaces with stakeholders and ensure smooth information flow in all directions

• At least three years of professional experience in digital marketing ideally in cross-functional teams

• Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels and user segmentation

• Very strong project and stakeholder management skills combined with very strong analytical skills and a structured approach

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions

• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to take the initiative

• Fluent English skills
