Editorial Project Manager (m/f/d)
IU Group is seeking a Lecturer Editorial Project Manager (m/f/d) for The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) in full-time (40 hrs./week) remotely within the UK.
- Editing and proofreading of academic learning materials (course books, exams, workbooks) according to the in-house style guide
- Project management of learning materials, including coordination with authors, content advisors, and professors
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and improve tools for content analysis, creation and improvement
- Preparing graphics for the media design department and ensuring proper copyright permissions exist and/or obtained
- Ensuring all parties abide by deadlines and learning materials are published on time and at a high-quality standard
- Native-level English language proficiency
- First professional editorial/proofreading experience or academic degree/certification in a related field and interest in editing technical subjects
- Familiarity with AI technologies & products (e.g., ChatGPT), pronounced enthusiasm for digital innovation, and quick adaptability to new tools and AI-driven workflows
- Excellent time management and planning skills, particularly over long time horizons
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, and ever-evolving environment, ability to work independently and within a team
